Our House Is For Sale

House For Sale

Kirsten and I have been planning to leave Kansas since 1996 when the Air Force issued our Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders while we were living at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. I’ve now graduated from WSU, Kirsten has recovered from her surgery and is done with post-operative care, and the remaining projects on the house are completed.

A sign has been in the yard for some time and we are increasingly anxious to leave.

We will miss our friends here! Although we’ve always considered our stay temporary and resisted putting down roots, we do have great memories from our more than ten years here. Skye, Jenna, and Hayley were all born in Wichita and I’m an alumnus of Wichita State University. Wichita is where I earned my private pilot certificate, where I jumped out of an airplane for the first time, and where we purchased our first home.

But….we must go. New England is pulling us towards her in every way possible. So if you know someone who needs a starter/retirement house or wants a rental property send them to 2151spoplar.com.
